How we work, and what you can expect.

UK-based operators.
Every outreach message is written or edited by someone who can hold a real conversation about freight forwarding, customs, or supply-chain tech. AI does the enrichment; humans do the messaging.
Capacity-capped.
We work with one exhibitor per ICP segment per show. First serious conversation locks the segment. We'd rather deliver well for a few stands than dilute across many.
Honest scoping.
If we don't think we can deliver real pipeline for your offer, we'll tell you on the strategy call rather than take the money. The 20-minute call is a diagnostic, not a pitch.

Quick answers before you book.

We already have an event marketing agency. Why add you?
Your event agency is excellent at the stand itself — design, build, on-the-day staffing. We don't do any of that. We run the parts of the funnel they don't: pre-event ICP outreach, real-time on-stand lead capture and qualification, and the ninety days of follow-up where pipeline is generated. We sit alongside them, not in their seat.
Can you guarantee meetings or pipeline numbers?
We commit to process and effort, not outcomes. On Tier 02 we typically book 15–25 pre-event stand meetings with named ICP accounts, but this depends on your ICP, your offer, and how distinctive your positioning is in the segment. If we don't think we can deliver, we'll tell you on the call.
Who actually writes the outreach? Is this offshore?
UK-based operators write every message. We use AI for ICP enrichment and intent scoring, but every message that reaches a buyer at a logistics company has been written or edited by a human who understands the sector. Generic LinkedIn slop into the freight community would be a disaster — for you and for us.
What CRM do you support?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive — all native. Other tools we connect via API or CSV handoff. If you don't have a CRM yet, we run the engagement in our stack and hand it back to you cleanly at the end.
How fast can we get started?
If we both want to move forward, contracting takes 48 hours and kick-off is the following week. Tier 01 stands up in seven days. Tier 02 needs ten working days from kick-off to first outbound message landing in a buyer's inbox.
